How do I find out who is on my local committee?
Your Local Emergency Planning Committee consists of volunteers from the local area. To view a list of the current members, click here.

Where and When is the next Committee meeting?
Your Local Emergency Planning Committee meets bi-monthly at the 911 Center on Core Road in Parkersburg, WV. Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month. To view a list future meeting dates, click here.

How do I know if my company needs to file a report with the Committee?

What is a MSDS?
A MSDS is a Materiel Safety Data Sheet. All manufacturers are required to produce one for every product that they make. Information contained in the MSDS includes health hazards associated with the product, clean-up (decontamination) instructions, volatility, and many other aspects of the material. 

My company uses a lot of different chemicals. How do I get a MSDS for a particular substance?
Employers are required to have MSDS's for all potentially hazardous materials used in production or stored on premises, and to have them readily available. If you would like more information on MSDS's, click here.
